This endpoint deletes(soft deletion) or permanently deletes(hard deletion) an existing file, identified by its assetId, from the organization’s ESM shared storage.
NOTE:
In order to perform hard delete, the file must be in DELETED state.
The requester must have sufficient permissions to perform destructive actions on the file.
If the file is not found or access is denied, appropriate error responses will be returned.
